Do you have a minimum order?


Absolutely not, we are happy to help fill any order, big or small.




How do you ship your product?


We have our own trucks that deliver at no charge inside our service area, otherwise we are happy to ship courier or ltl around the world.




Do you have a catalogue?


We always prefer to help you find the right part instead of asking you to do the work for us by looking through a catalogue. We are eager to take a phone call or email to help you with your requirements and questions.




Are you open to the public?


Our focus has always been on business to business sales. We have never sold to the general public, as we believe that market is well looked after already by big box and local hardware stores. We are striving to provide a higher, more specifically tailored service level for OEM’s, Fabricators, and other manufacturing businesses.




Are you part of a larger corporation?


We are very proud to be independently owned and 100% Canadian.




Do you have a location in my area?


We believe it matters more that we’re close to the part you need than close to you. We are strategically located close to most major manufacturers of our product lines, meaning most of our parts are either in our stock room, or never more than a few hours away. This allows us to start moving the product to you with minimal interruptions like transfers or border crossings. It allows us to offer same day or next day service and to have control of the parts quicker, to make sure everything goes smoothly.




Do you supply anything that I don’t see on your website?


We certainly do! Our website highlights our main product lines, however, we are always happy to supply any kind of industrial requirement, from safety to janitorial.
